- Guest data in partner systems: guest information (such as ID details at the self check-in kiosk) is collected on behalf of the property and per regulatory requirements.
- Technical data: basic browsing data logged by the server, such as IP address and browser type, for operation and security.

- Responding to contact requests and providing quotes and requested services.
- Operating and improving our services and providing technical support.
- Meeting regulatory requirements, including integrations with official bodies (Shomoos, tourism monitoring, Balady) as the regulations require.
