Welcome to the City2Day hotel services website. By using this website or subscribing to any of
our services — the hotel management system, the self check-in kiosk, or the City2Day booking
platform — you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully
before using the website or requesting any service.
1. Definitions
"Platform" or "we" means City2Day and its electronic platforms. "Partner" means the hospitality
property (hotel, furnished apartments, chalets or similar) subscribed to our services.
"Services" means the hotel management system, the self check-in kiosk, the booking platform
and any related services.
2. Subscribing to the services
- Subscription requires signing a partnership contract and providing the property's statutory documents: commercial registration, tourism authority licence and municipality licence.
- The property is responsible for the accuracy of the data and documents provided at registration, and for updating them when they change.
- Login credentials are the partner's responsibility; any operations performed through them are considered issued by the partner.
- Subscription fees, duration and scope are defined in the signed partnership contract, which prevails in case of any conflict.
3. Use of the website and services
- Users must use the website and services for lawful purposes only and in compliance with the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Any use intended to harm the platform or its users, or any attempt at unauthorised access to any part of the systems, is prohibited.
- Partner properties must operate the self check-in kiosk according to the technical instructions provided by our team.
4. Bookings and payments
- Bookings and payments processed through our systems are subject to the property's published policies (rates, cancellation, refunds).
- Cancellation and refund policies are the property's responsibility; the system executes them automatically as configured by the property.
- Properties must keep their financial operations compliant with e-invoicing requirements and applicable tax regulations.
5. Government integrations
Our systems can integrate with official bodies (such as Shomoos, tourism monitoring and the
Balady platform) according to regulatory requirements. The property remains legally responsible
for the accuracy of the data transmitted to these bodies and for its regulatory obligations
towards them.
6. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the website, software, devices, the "City2Day" trademark,
content and designs are reserved to the platform. No part may be copied or reused without prior
written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
- We strive to keep the services running around the clock; however, the service may pause temporarily for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
- The platform is not liable for indirect damages resulting from misuse of the services or from incorrect data entered by the partner or guests.
- The contractual relationship between the property and its guests (including electronically signed rental contracts) remains a direct relationship between those parties.
8. Suspension or termination
The platform may suspend or terminate the subscription of any property that breaches these terms
or the partnership contract, with notice. The partner may also request termination in accordance
with the signed contract.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the website or services after any
change is published constitutes acceptance of it. Please review this page periodically.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the
competent authorities in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them unless
otherwise agreed in writing.
